Shipping & Returns
Dispatch
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days once your advance payment is verified. You will receive a tracking number on your order page as soon as the parcel leaves our studio.
Delivery Time
Major cities usually receive parcels in 2–3 working days. Smaller towns and remote areas take 3–5 working days. Delivery partners do not operate on Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery Charges
A flat delivery charge applies nationwide and is shown at checkout before you confirm. Orders above the free-shipping threshold ship at no cost.
Paying the Balance
The remaining amount after your advance is collected in cash by the courier at the time of delivery. Please keep the exact amount ready.
Exchanges
Sizing or colour exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery on unused pieces with tags intact. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will arrange the swap, subject to availability.
Returns & Refunds
If a piece arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photographs. We will replace it or refund you in full, including the advance. Advance payments on cancelled-by-customer orders after dispatch are non-refundable, as the piece has already been prepared and shipped.
Refused Deliveries
If a parcel is refused at the door without a prior exchange or return request, the advance payment is retained to cover courier and handling costs.
